In brief, we support all products
that we
sell by working with the manufacturers to
diagnose
and repair to their
standards. We can often do this ourselves, but occasionally
we must
return
components or entire equipment to the original factory for more
specialised
repair
and/or replacement of modules.
Please be aware, older
equipment may become unrepairable due to component
manufacturers ceasing their production and supply.
Third Party "repair" may be
tempting
but also ineffective and lead to further damage or repeat failure.
The best reliable option then may be to replace with new.
